Some users experienced slower than normal video processing times (5–15 min instead of <2 min). The issue was caused by a misconfigured auto-scaling rule. Resolved within 43 minutes. No data loss.
Shared link playback was degraded for users in Western Europe for approximately 28 minutes. Affected CDN node was rerouted. All uploads and downloads were unaffected.
Planned 20-minute maintenance window for database version upgrade. Cloud sync was temporarily unavailable. All local recording functionality continued unaffected.
